Return And Exchange Policy

We don’t offer refunds, we offer store credits. This is part of our return and exchange policy. For return and exchange of orders, the items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from any damages. For store credits and exchange, the customer must send the item within 14 days from the receipt of the original order. Any items cannot be returned or exchanged after the receipt of the original order.

If you are planning to return your order for store credits or exchange for a different size, the tag must be attached including its original packaging.

For store credits, once the item is received it will be checked and verify by the GAIA’S KINGDOM staff. After making sure that the item meets all the criteria w set, we will process your request for store credit. Please allow us 1-2 days to add credits to your account on our store.

Our return and exchange policy is applicable to all the customers of GAIA’S KINGDOM. There is no exception for this.
